Meet Your Advocate

Hello, I am Michele Kollmer, Business Development Administrator at CAP COM. Consider me your connection to financial wellness resources for your company and its employees. Please contact me to learn about member benefits, and arrange an on-site visit to discuss your HR needs. We offer financial workshops and can participate in your employee benefits fair, too. If you are seeking ways for your staff to volunteer as a force for good in the community, we offer a slate of opportunities year-round through the CAP COM Cares Foundation.

A little about me. For 10 years prior to joining CAP COM, I was Senior Manager at the American Cancer Society, where I oversaw major fundraising events and volunteer activities. I am actively involved with the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association. My degree in Accounting/Finance is from the Sage College of Albany.
