Our automated phone banking system makes it easier for you to get the information you need without waiting to speak with someone. Our online guide can help you navigate the prompts you hear when you call. Recent enhancements include:

  • Easily switch between your accounts
  • Hear loan balances
  • Get extended account history
  • Return to the main menu quicker

Getting started

Be prepared with your account number, last four digits of your Social Security Number, and the zip code of the Primary Account Owner, to verify your identity.

  • You'll hear your Primary Checking Account Balance immediately after you verify your account and identity.
