Sonic Announces Data Breach

Sonic Drive-In has announced a data breach of its payment systems, potentially impacting millions of credit and debit cards. According to Sonic, the nature and scope of the breach is unknown at this early stage of its investigation.

This latest breach, following on the heels of the Equifax intrusion, is being watched closely by CAP COM.  

We want to assure you that your VISA Debit and/or Credit Card accounts are monitored 24/7 by an experienced team of security professionals for any suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity. CAP COM Federal Credit Union employs the most advanced fraud detection and prevention technology to guard our credit and debit cards against unauthorized access and use.

Members are always advised to keep a watchful eye on accounts and transactions and look for any unauthorized activity or purchases. You can conveniently review your debit and credit card account activity by logging in to Connect-24 online banking on our homepage at www.capcomfcu.org or using our mobile app.
