LoanXpress makes it easy to get the money you need without going through the usual application process. If you’re pre-approved for funding, you can put it on the fast track!
1. See if you’re pre-approved!
Log in to your online banking account or mobile app and choose LoanXpress from the Menu. If you’re pre-approved, you’ll see credit card and/or loan offers waiting.1
2. Customize your loan.
Adjust the amount and term to see your estimated payment and view disclosures before you move ahead.
3. You’re always in control.
After we receive your submission, we’ll call you to confirm and answer any questions you have. If a signature is required, most documents can be e-signed or you can always stop by a branch.
Need a loan now?
Log in to your online banking account or mobile app. Choose LoanXpress from the Menu. On Apple Devices, choose “More” at the bottom of your screen. If you have an Android device, tap in the upper left corner of your screen.
Although this is a loan preapproval prescreen program, the member’s credit report is not affected. No inquiries will show on your credit report.
Yes! You can apply online or using the “Apply For A Loan” feature in our mobile app. We will review your application and reach out to you.
Specific offers will eventually expire. Please make note of the Offer Expiration Date found on your original Offer Letter. However, CAP COM will refresh LoanXpress offers quarterly. So, if your offer does expire before you have a chance to take advantage of it, you may receive a new offer to take its place on the very next day.
Your loan must be completed and funded by the time your offer expires. If you are considering an offer it is recommended that you accept the offer at least 5 days prior to the expiration date.
You may opt out of prescreen offers at any time by calling toll-free (888) 567-8688. You can also give CAP COM a call and we can make a note on your account that you do not want to receive LoanXpress offers.
1. When selecting pre-approved offers, you may select one secured loan product (vehicle, RV, boat or sportscraft loan) or one unsecured loan product (personal/debt consolidation loan or credit card) if available. If you select additional offers or borrow an amount that is greater than pre-approved, a new loan application will be required.
